Basic Preschool
Basic cubicle is manufactured with 10 mm compact laminate with profiles in powder-coated aluminium, available in white or grey. The exposed laminate edges are CNC-machined for high precision and a clean finish. The standard height is 2030 mm, including adjustable pedestal feet (95–150 mm). The partitions are designed for use in wet areas and are well suited for environments such as showers and toilet facilities.
The door is surface-mounted, factory pre-assembled, and fitted with self-closing hinges. It is available in one of three preschool-adapted models: Original, Straight, or Creative. Handles are supplied as standard and are available with or without a lock, depending on requirements.
The product is customised to meet customer needs and manufactured in accordance with the accompanying drawings.
Door Original
The most robust door thanks to three hinges, while still allowing visibility of the children.
Door Straight
The full width of the door provides good visibility of the children and is fitted with two hinges.

Frame
Constructed of high pressure laminate (compact laminate) 10 mm thick. ISO4586/EN438.
Profiles/fittings
Powder coated profiles/brass fittings of which the majority are pre-drilled and cut to the correct lengths. The laminate is fixed to the profiles/fittings using a hidden attachment system.
Floor pillars
Column bases are adjustable between 95-150 mm.
Hinges
Always supplied with self-closing hinges. The doors come from the factory with the front wall pre-assembled. The hinges are fitted at the factory for maximum durability. The doors have rounded polished edges.
Delivery
According to drawings. Each order comes with an accompanying drawing and installation instructions as per the design documentation.
Machining
Basic can be sawed and drilled using customary woodworking tools with carbide blades. The edges can be ground and polished, but they do not need to be painted or protected from moisture in any other way.
Water resistance
The homogenous laminate tolerates moisture and water. It is not attacked by mould or rot. The walls can be washed using a high-pressure washer, which is a requirement imposed by many industries for cost-effective cleaning.
Impact resistance
High pressure laminate is one of the market’s most tolerant building materials. The laminate has a hard and resilient surface that is incredibly difficult to make impression marks in.
